Callisto— The Colonel is still imprisoned in the Shroud base but has been left alone in his cell. From a window he watches as the Tribes continue to attack the base. The Colonel does not believe they will succeed in destroying it. He has seen the Shroud’s defenses first hand and knows the Tribes are no match. Despite this he is proud of his men. He truly believes that one day the Tribes will defeat the Shroud and humans will rule Earth again. The Tribes' attacks are far more damaging than most expected they could be and do prove that real resistance is possible but ultimately do fail to take the base. After a long a struggle the survivors breaks and flea to earth. The Colonel is left imprisoned and presumed dead.
